Cebu's celebration of World Fair Trade Day 2011 featured the "Run for Green Life 2011" that was staged at the UC Banilad Grounds last May 29.
Together with leisure biking, the Run bannered 3k, 6k and 15k distances that featured runners and bikers from Cebu and nearby provinces and cities. WFTD activities in Cebu were jointly organized by the Southern Partners and Fair Trade Center, The Fair Trade Shop Cebu and the Cebu Fair Trade Network. view pictures of Run here |

Boracay celebrated its first ever World Fair Trade Day celebration last May 28-30 at the beachfront of Paradise Garden Resort Hotel and Convention Center, Station 2.
Among other activities, the celebration held a Fair Trade Fair that showcased Fair Trade food products, fashion accessories, decorative items and handmade paper products from the province of Aklan. view schedule of activities here view pictures of the celebration here |
